"Rex's Birthday"

It was a rainy wednesday evening of June 28, 2006. I have been so busy the whole day but manage to get along. I'm looking forward spend some quality time with a friend before going to Rex's Bday. Everyone is busy so I have to fit in to her schedule. I was really planning on something that night. I came Armed and Prepared, practiced all the lines like a little boy joining a school speech program. "It's now or never!" I said to my self, as I headed to their place. But I guess things don't go like you planned. You can't tell what might happen. All I know is... I Sucked Big Time! So sad... no! more than sad. Anyway, to clear things up, I don't know... but I think I really don't have the right to argue and demand anything. Because I'm just a friend! Sayang... I'm really on my way with my memorized lines in my head, thinking I'd be winning you back. Para talaga akong bata. :-( we've been in this situation before. If you are reading this, bahala ka na kung ano isipin mo. Basta Sentiments ko lang ito. WALA akong alam na nagawang mali. So ayun walang nangyare sa akin, it's a good thing Tonyo texted me, at punta na daw kame kila Rex. Ayun dun nalang ako nag-enjoy. Just look at my smile kasama si Jorge "nguningiti kahit na napipilitan" hahahaha!

"Lost In Transition"

I wanted this to be the name of my band, pero eto gawin ko muna syang title sa blog entry ko

Me: Kumusta ka na?
Myself: Ayus lang, eto medyo malungkot
Me: bakit naman?
Myself: ewan ko nga e, basta di ako 100% ngayong araw
Me: kulang ka lang sa toma pre!
Myself: siguro nga!
Me: O baka naman may iniisp ka nanaman!?
Myself: ano naman ang iisipin ko?
Me: Aba ewan ko sa iyo. O baka naman ‘sino iniisip mo?’
Myself: malamang
Me: aha, sabi ko na nga ba e.
Myself: kaso hanggang dun pa lang ang kaya ko gawin e, ang isipin sya.
Me: e bakit naman, diba okay naman kayo nun.
Myself: Oo, okay naman kame.
Me: e yun naman pala e
Myself: kaso it’s more complicated than you think.
Me: what do you mean?
Myself: basta, magulong malabo e.
Me: ???? di kita ma gets…
Myself: gusto ko kase, ma sure ko itong nararamdaman ko e.
Me: tapos…
Myself: malaman ko din kung pareho kami ng mararamdaman, kase its really complicated e. Kase ayoko din magkamali na i regret ko sa huli.
Me: E ikaw lang naman yata nag papa complicate sa sitwasyon e.
Myself: siguro nga, simple lang pero ginagawa kong kumplikado
Me: kayang kaya mo naman yan!
Myself: hay, sana nga… O sya2, ako na bahala. Pagdasal mo nalang ako.
Me: aba oo naman
Myself: Salamat, bye na ha.
Me: basta dito lang ako parati, okay! Bye.

"Pep Rally Concert"

The pep rally concert last night was a blast. First to perform was an upcoming band JACOB. Then the next one played an extremely up beat fast metal punk rock tune, they are the LETTER DAYS. After that, Join The Club (JTC) got on stage, but before they went up, I manage to snug a photo. My last post was a song from JTC Lunes to be exact. According to Biboy, the vocals, On what is Lunes all about: "Sino dito ang di pa maka move on? etong kantang ito para sa mga taong di pa maka move on sa dating pag-ibig!". Stempre di nawala yung kanta nilang Nobela. Astig din mag patawa yung bandang ito. Sa gitna ng set nila at tumugtog sila ng mga ilang linya ng kanta sa mga sikat na banda ngayon tulag ng kantang narda by Kamikazee, kung wala ka by Hale, at Umuwi ka na baby ng Orange and Lemmons. Kulit nga ng performance nila e. And syrmpre, the high light of the activity, Ang Banda ng Bayan RIVERMAYA. Astig yung line up ng kanta nila, but sorry to say I've seen them perform so many times and di masyado energetic yung set nila. Di kase masyado responsive yung crowd dahil napagod na sa Slam dancing sa mga naunang banda. "Start"

School year 2006-2007 has officially started. And so, umpisa na din ng maraming trabaho para sa akin. Sanay na naman ako sa ganun. Pero syempre, once in a while, you need someone who will comfort you and make you smile in spite of the many trials in my everyday undertakings in work and in our home. Simple appreciation is enough for me. Masaya na ako nun dahil mababaw lang kaligayahan ko e. I know this year will be a great year for me. I hope! So far its quite going well. Lets see... I’ve been to Puerto Galera twice this year, I have been to Baguio City for the 1st time. I got my new Color TV. I have nice friends. And Speaking of friends, the months June and July are packed with birthday celebrations of friends. I hope I could have a big celebration on my birthday this July. Alam mo naman ang financial issues ng buhay ko. Anyway kung wala, maybe I’ll just celebrate it with my special someone. I think last year I celebrated it with just a few of my very close friends. Konting inuman lang sa labas. I hope something big will came up this July para masaya naman Birthday celebration ko this year. Hay mahaba na ito. By the time youve reach this part of my blog malamang bored ka na at sawa na magbasa. Now for your own pleasure, I've found this clip some what very funny. Sumakit panga ko at ng mga officemates ko sa tindi ng pronunciation ng babaeng ito. Kung sino ka man babae ka salamat at napaligaya mo kaming lahat. At sa hindi pa nakakakita sa kanya at sa malupit nyang performance, eto na....

We went to Baguiuo City last June 5-7, 2006. Its for our annual retreat, at syempre kasama na ang mamasyal. And so... pictures muna bago kwento!

"Updates"

Yesterday I've seen the movie X-Men III: the last stand. Quiet amazing because there were lots of mutants in the film. But I'm not quiet satisfied with how the story goes. I also found one scene somewhat questionable. When Magneto moves the bridge to Alcatraz during broad daylight, but when his army invades the base mere minutes later, it's the dead of night. My favorite part of the film is when they are inside the danger room and Logan (Wolverine) be headed a centinel. Cool.

Next, I'm eager to have this guitar gear: the ZOOM GFX-5, but still dont know where to get the budget. Hope something will came up. Its about P10,000. Anyway, its a guitar processor and its really cool and sturdy. I was thinking of selling my ZOOM 707-II by the time I have an extra cash to add it to my budget. It will be cool to have this for my Birthday this July. Wow, it will be super. Here it is:
